About DFW Big Screens
A locally owned Dallas–Fort Worth company that brings daylight-bright LED screens to community, school, church, and company events, with prices in public and a technician at every event.

Our Approach
Most screen rental companies in Dallas–Fort Worth don’t post prices. Planners call around, wait for callbacks, and still aren’t sure what a quote includes.
We post every price and fee and answer booking requests the same business day. Cancellation and weather terms are on the FAQ page, so you can read them before you call.
What You Can Expect
- Prices in public. The packages and extras on our site are what you pay, plus applicable sales tax.
- One point of contact. You deal with us from the first question to pack-up.
- A technician at every event. Someone who knows the screen runs it until pack-up.
- One contact, start to finish. We match the right screen to your crowd and date. Your contract names the exact screen and specs, and we’re responsible for your event from booking to pack-up.
- Paperwork handled. W-9s, vendor registration, and purchase orders.
Who We Serve
HOAs and master-planned communities, churches, cities and parks departments, schools and booster clubs, and companies across Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties. See how each group uses a screen: movie nights, watch parties, HOA, church, and city events, schools and sports, corporate events, and drive-in movies.

- The trailer runs on its own generator, so you don’t need an outlet.
- If lightning or high wind cancels your event, move it free to any open date within 12 months.
- Private property usually needs no permit. A public park or street usually does, often 30 to 90 days ahead; see the permit guide.
