How Delivery Works

Delivery, setup, and pack-up are part of every package. Within 30 miles of downtown Dallas there’s no travel fee. Beyond that, travel is $3 per mile, and your quote shows it up front.

The booking form fills in the distance when you type your city, so you see the fee before you send a request.

Delivery Questions

How is the delivery fee calculated?

Delivery is included within 30 miles of downtown Dallas. Beyond that it’s $3 per mile. Distances are measured in a straight line, the same way the map’s circle is drawn. The table uses city centers, and your written quote uses your address.

Do you serve cities that aren’t listed?

Yes. We go anywhere in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Denton counties, and farther with a travel fee. Ask about your location.

Is there a minimum event size?

No. The 12′ × 7′ Block Party screen works for backyard parties, and the inflatable Classic Movie Night starts at $895.

Check Availability

Send your event date and city; it takes about 30 seconds.

What Happens Next

  1. We reply the same business day with availability.
  2. Your written quote holds the date for 7 days, or until your board, church, or district votes (up to 30 days) if you tell us the meeting date.
  3. Sign the agreement and pay a 25% deposit to reserve the date. Nothing is due before that.

To see the full price first, use the booking form or call (214) 239-4458.

  • The trailer runs on its own generator, so you don’t need an outlet.
  • If lightning or high wind cancels your event, move it free to any open date within 12 months.
  • Private property usually needs no permit. A public park or street usually does, often 30 to 90 days ahead; see the permit guide.
