LED Screen Rentals for Corporate Events and Brand Activations

Mobile LED screens for company picnics, all-hands meetings, grand openings, galas, and sponsor activations. Every rental includes an on-site technician and a fixed price on a written quote.

The 16′ × 9′ Main Event screen is $3,750 for four hours of show time, delivered, set up, and run by our technician. See all prices

An outdoor evening dinner seen from above, with round tables, string lights, a dance floor, and a small stage.

Company Picnics and Family Days

Leadership remarks, award slides, and an afternoon movie for the kids can share one screen, and the picture stays clear in full sun.

Grand Openings, Launches, and Activations

Park a screen in a plaza, a parking lot, a dealership lot, or a festival footprint and loop your content. A trailer goes up in under an hour and needs no outside power, so it works where a stage build doesn’t.

Galas and Fundraisers

At an outdoor gala, the screen carries the auction items, the paddle-raise total as it climbs, and sponsor recognition. Add the live camera feed so every table can see the speakers and the auctioneer.

Presentations and Live Feeds

Feed the screen from a laptop over HDMI, add a live camera feed with an operator to put speakers on screen, and add pro sound with wireless mics.

Paperwork for Procurement

We provide a W-9, a written quote, and an invoice. We take card, ACH, and check, and we work with purchase orders: tell us your payment terms in your booking request, and we’ll set deposit timing to match.

Posted Pricing

You pay our posted prices, and your written quote lists sales tax and any travel past 30 miles before you book.

Can you put our branding on the screen all day?

Yes. Send us your files, or add our sponsor loop design for $295 and we’ll build a loop from your brand assets.

Can the screen stay up for a multi-day event?

Yes. Each additional consecutive day is 50% off the package price.

Is an LED screen trailer the same as an LED wall?

For an outdoor event, yes. It’s an LED wall built onto a trailer with its own generator, so it needs no stage, truss, or outside power, and it’s running in under an hour.

Do you work indoors?

Trailers are built for outdoor use. A ballroom or stage backdrop usually calls for a modular LED wall instead. Tell us the room and access, and we’ll tell you straight whether a trailer fits.

Planning Guides

Check Availability

Send your event date and city; it takes about 30 seconds.

What Happens Next

  1. We reply the same business day with availability.
  2. Your written quote holds the date for 7 days, or until your board, church, or district votes (up to 30 days) if you tell us the meeting date.
  3. Sign the agreement and pay a 25% deposit to reserve the date. Nothing is due before that.

To see the full price first, use the booking form or call (214) 239-4458.

  • The trailer runs on its own generator, so you don’t need an outlet.
  • If lightning or high wind cancels your event, move it free to any open date within 12 months.
  • Private property usually needs no permit. A public park or street usually does, often 30 to 90 days ahead; see the permit guide.
