Wedding and Quinceañera LED Screen Rentals in DFW

An LED screen for an outdoor ceremony or reception. Put the vows on screen for the back rows, then run the slideshow, the toasts, and the first dance. A technician runs it, so nobody in the family has to.

The 12′ × 7′ Block Party screen is $2,750 for four hours of show time, delivered, set up, and run by our technician. See all prices

Guests seated on a lawn watch an outdoor wedding ceremony under a flower arch beside a lake.

The Ceremony on Screen

With 200 guests on a lawn, the back rows see the backs of heads. The live camera feed with an operator ($695) puts the couple on the screen for the vows and the rings. The operator works from the side, out of the aisle and out of your photographer’s shots. If your videographer is filming anyway, ask whether they can send us a feed instead.

Ceremonies Before Sunset

Outdoor ceremonies are usually timed for the last hour of daylight, when the light is best for photos and a projector can’t show anything. An LED screen is made to be read in direct sun, so the ceremony, the cocktail-hour slideshow, and the toasts after dark all use the same screen. In May, the Dallas sunset is around 8:18 PM; in October, around 6:55.

Slideshows, Toasts, and Dances

  • The photo slideshow of the couple, or of the quinceañera’s first 15 years.
  • The toasts, the first dance, the vals, and the surprise dance, with the live camera on the floor.
  • A video call during the toasts, so grandparents who couldn’t travel can see the room and be seen. A wired internet line works best.
  • A movie for the kids once dinner is over.

Working With Your Venue and Planner

We set up before guests arrive and coordinate load-in with your planner or the venue coordinator. The trailer needs a way in, such as a service road, a driveway, or a lot beside the lawn. Send the venue name and a photo of the spot, and we’ll confirm it fits before you book.

What It Costs

The 12′ × 7′ Block Party screen is $2,750 for four hours of show time. Most weddings run longer than that from the ceremony to the send-off, so plan on extra hours at $250 each. A ceremony-through-reception day with two extra hours and the live camera feed comes to $3,945, plus Texas sales tax. Delivery is included within 30 miles of downtown Dallas. For more than about 300 guests, the 16′ × 9′ Main Event is $3,750.

Posted Pricing

You pay our posted prices, and your written quote lists sales tax and any travel past 30 miles before you book.

Is the screen bright enough before sunset?

Yes. Outdoor LED panels are made to be read in direct sun, so the ceremony can go on the screen at 5 PM in June. A projector can’t show a usable picture until about 40 minutes after sunset.

Will the screen or the crew end up in the photos?

We place the trailer with you and your photographer before the day, usually to one side of the seating so it stays out of the ceremony backdrop. The camera operator works from the side, not the aisle.

Can you set up at our venue?

Most outdoor venues work if the trailer can reach the spot. Send us the venue name and a photo, and we’ll confirm it.
