LED Screen Rentals for HOA, Church, and City Events

A mobile LED screen for outdoor services, Easter sunrise, fall festivals, and tree lightings, bright enough for the whole crowd to see. We provide the W-9 your board or city will ask for.

The 16′ × 9′ Main Event screen is $3,750 for four hours of show time, delivered, set up, and run by our technician. See all prices

Local businesses can sponsor part or all of the screen. How to find sponsors

Churches

A screen carries lyrics, sermon slides, and announcements to an outdoor service, an Easter sunrise, or an overflow lawn. Add a live camera feed with an operator to put the speaker on the screen for the people at the back. Planning an outdoor service.

HOAs and Master-Planned Communities

Usually it’s a resident movie night, a pool-party watch party, or a holiday event. Boards ask for a fixed price and one invoice, and we provide both. Sponsor slides from local businesses can offset the cost; see the sponsor guide and the HOA movie night checklist.

Cities and Parks Departments

Movies in the park, concerts, the Fourth of July, and tree lightings. We complete vendor registration and provide a W-9. Events in public parks usually need a special event permit, and many cities want the application 30 to 90 days ahead, so check with your parks or special events office before you announce the date. Posted Pricing

You pay our posted prices, and your written quote lists sales tax and any travel past 30 miles before you book.

Can sponsors pay for the screen?

Often. Local realtors, builders, dentists, and restaurants like to sponsor community events. Our sponsor loop design ($295) turns their logos into slides that run between segments.

Do you work with city vendor systems and purchase orders?

Yes. Tell us how your city pays when you send your booking request, and we’ll set deposit timing to match.
