Watch Party LED Screen Rentals in DFW

We set up mobile LED screens at churches, HOAs, offices, and backyards anywhere in DFW for football weekends, playoff runs, and fight nights. The picture stays clear in full sun.

The 16′ × 9′ Main Event screen is $3,750 for four hours of show time, delivered, set up, and run by our technician. See all prices

A crowd stands at a railing in an outdoor plaza, watching a soccer match on a large LED screen on a summer afternoon.

LED Screens for Afternoon Games

Noon and mid-afternoon kickoffs happen in full Texas sun. A projector washes out, and a row of TVs only works for the people standing closest. An LED screen stays sharp in direct sunlight, so the back of the crowd sees the same play as the front.

Getting the Game on the Screen

  • We connect your streaming device, cable box, or satellite receiver over HDMI.
  • Streaming needs a solid connection. A wired line is best; a strong hotspot works for most games.
  • We test the feed before kickoff and keep a technician on site in case anything needs attention.
  • Add our pro sound system so the commentary carries over the crowd.

Our watch party planning guide covers layout, sound, backups, and timing. Planning for February? The Super Bowl watch party guide covers the date, what to call the party, and February weather. Booster clubs bringing an away game home can follow the playoff watch party guide.

Tailgates

A trailer works for a tailgate in a private lot near the stadium, or at a church or business hosting a game-day party. Stadium-run lots often have their own rules for trailers and generators, so check with the lot operator before you book.

Broadcast Rights

Private parties are generally fine. If your event is open to the public, charges admission, or is run by a business, some leagues and broadcasters restrict showing games on large screens. Tell us what you plan to show and we’ll flag what to check before you promote it.

Which Screen to Choose

The 16′ × 9′ Main Event screen covers most watch parties up to about 1,500 people. For a big community event, step up to a Stadium screen.

Posted Pricing

You pay our posted prices, and your written quote lists sales tax and any travel past 30 miles before you book.

How early do you set up?

About 90 minutes before you want the screen live, so we can test the actual game feed before kickoff.

What happens if the internet drops?

We recommend a backup source, such as a second streaming device on a separate hotspot. Our technician can switch sources in seconds.

Can we run slides or sponsor ads during breaks?

Yes. Send us your slides, or add our sponsor loop design for $295 and we’ll make them for you.

Why not just rent a big outdoor TV?

Outdoor TVs top out around 85 inches, which suits a patio. The smallest LED screen we rent is 12 feet wide, about 167 inches corner to corner, and it stays clear in afternoon sun for a crowd of up to about 300.
