How to run an outdoor watch party
Screen size, a game feed that won’t drop, sound, layout, and the rights questions to settle before kickoff.
For campaign rallies, town halls, candidate forums, and election night watch parties. The speaker goes on screen for the back of the crowd, and the returns go up as they come in.
The 16′ × 9′ Main Event screen is $3,750 for four hours of show time, delivered, set up, and run by our technician. See all prices

Past the first few rows, a speaker at a podium is a small figure. The live camera feed with an operator ($695) puts the speaker on the screen, and pro sound ($395) with a wireless mic carries the remarks. Before the program starts, loop the campaign video, a volunteer sign-up QR code, and the early-voting dates.
Texas polls close at 7 PM, and county results start posting soon after. Put the county’s results page or a news stream on the screen from a laptop, then switch to the live camera for the speech. A wired internet line is best, with a strong hotspot as a backup. The watch party guide covers layout, sound, and backups.
The quote, the agreement, and an itemized invoice are made out to the campaign or committee by the exact name you give us, so your treasurer can report the expense. Political events book on the same terms as any other: posted prices, a written quote, and a 25% deposit. What goes on the screen is the campaign’s content. If it counts as political advertising under the Texas Election Code, it needs the required disclosure; your treasurer or counsel can confirm.
A rally in a public park, a plaza, or a street usually needs a special event permit from the city. Private property, such as a church lot, a supporter’s ranch, or a business’s parking lot, usually doesn’t. Permit basics for DFW.
Each LED package includes four hours of show time, setup, power, and a technician. Pro sound, a live camera feed, and the other extras are on the price list.
All three are written into your rental contract. See all booking terms.

Campaign schedules move fast. If the date is open, we confirm it the same business day you send the request, and the 25% deposit reserves it. Send the date and location as soon as you have them, even if the details aren’t final.
