Concert and Festival LED Screen Rentals in DFW

Stage-side LED screens for concerts, music festivals, fairs, car shows, and parades. Put the performers on screen for the back of the crowd, and run set times and sponsor slides between acts.

Stadium screens start at $5,250 for four hours of show time, delivered, set up, and run by our technician. See all prices

A festival crowd with raised hands faces a large outdoor LED video wall beside a stage as the sun sets.

Screens Beside the Stage

Past the first few rows, a crowd can hear the band but can’t see faces on stage. A screen beside the stage, showing a live camera on the performers, carries the show to the back of the field. Production crews call this IMAG, short for image magnification.

The Stadium trailer runs from 17′ × 10′ up to 23′ × 13′ and is sized for crowds of 1,500 to 3,000 or more. For a screen on each side of the stage, book two; each is priced on its own.

Getting the Show on the Screen

  • One camera: the live camera feed with an operator ($695) follows the performers and sends the shot to the screen.
  • Several cameras: if your production company runs a video switcher, we take its program feed. Send the tech rider before you book and we’ll confirm the connections.
  • Between sets: loop the lineup, set times, sponsor slides, and safety messages. Send your slides, or add sponsor loop design for $295.
  • Sound: the stage’s sound company runs the PA. Our pro sound package is sized for announcements and movies, not a band.

Daylight Sets

Festival days often run from late morning until after dark, and the 2 PM set is where a projector or an indoor screen gives out. Outdoor LED panels are built to be read in direct sun, so the afternoon acts get the same screen as the headliner. For a two- or three-day festival, each additional consecutive day is 50% off the package price.

Fairs, Car Shows, and Parades

  • Fairs and festivals: the day’s schedule, contest results, a map of the grounds, and sponsor recognition on one screen by the main stage or the entrance.
  • Car shows: a slideshow of the entries, the judging categories, and the awards, with the live camera on each winner.
  • Parades: a screen at the reviewing stand or the end of the route, with a camera on each entry as it passes, so people behind the front row can see.

Placement, Power, and Wind

Send a site plan or a map pin. We’ll confirm where the trailer parks, the sightlines from the crowd, and a route in that stays clear of the stage load-in. The trailer runs on its own generator, so it doesn’t need a tie-in to stage power. If the wind gets too strong for a raised screen, the technician lowers it, and a lightning or high-wind cancellation gets our free weather reschedule.

Paperwork

We provide a W-9 and the equipment details a permit application asks for. A festival on public property usually needs a special event permit, often 30 to 90 days ahead. Permit basics for DFW.

Posted Pricing

You pay our posted prices, and your written quote lists sales tax and any travel past 30 miles before you book.

Can you put the band on the screen live?

Yes. The live camera feed with an operator ($695) puts one camera on the screen. For a multi-camera show, we take the program feed from your production company’s switcher; send the tech rider and we’ll confirm the connections before you book.

Do you provide concert sound?

No. Live music needs a sound company that mixes the band, and the stage production usually brings one. Our pro sound package is sized for announcements, speeches, and movie audio.

Can sponsors cover the cost of the screen?

Often. Festival sponsors expect to be seen, and a loop between sets is an easy thing to sell them. Send your slides, or add sponsor loop design ($295) and we’ll make up to 10. The sponsor guide has tier prices and an outreach email.
