LED screens for tree lightings, holiday festivals, Christmas movie nights, and New Year’s Eve countdowns. Put the countdown, the stage, and your sponsors on a screen people can see from the back of the lawn.
The 16′ × 9′ Main Event screen is $3,750 for four hours of show time, delivered, set up, and run by our technician. See all prices
Local businesses can sponsor part or all of the screen. How to find sponsors

Run a countdown clock to the lighting, then switch to the live camera feed with an operator ($695) so the choir, the speakers, and the moment the lights come on are on the screen for people past the first few rows. Between acts, loop the schedule, parking notes, and sponsor thank-yous.
Most tree lightings start after dark. An LED screen holds up under string lights, a lit tree, and streetlights, where a projected picture washes out.
In December the Dallas sun sets between about 5:20 and 5:35 PM. A projector needs about 40 more minutes for the sky to get dark enough, so a projected movie starts around 6:00 to 6:15. An LED screen can start at 5:30, so on a cold night a 90-minute movie ends at 7:00 instead of 7:45.
If your movie starts after 6:15 and nothing nearby is lit, the $895 inflatable screen works too. A public screening needs a movie license in the host’s name; the movie night kit ($195) covers coordinating it, and the license fee is billed at cost. How movie licensing works.
Local businesses like to sponsor community holiday events. Sponsor loop design ($295) turns up to 10 sponsor logos into slides that run between segments, and the sponsor guide has tier prices and an outreach email.
Put a countdown clock on the screen for the last minutes of the year, with pro sound ($395) for the music and a live camera on the crowd before and after. Four hours of show time start at your start time, so a 9 PM start covers midnight with an hour to spare, and each extra hour is $250. If you want to show a TV broadcast at a public event, tell us first and we’ll flag what to check, as with live sports.
The screens are weather-rated, so light rain is fine, and the technician lowers the screen until a storm passes. If lightning or high wind cancels your event, move it free to any open date within 12 months. If your date can’t move, like Easter or a graduation, and the call comes before the halfway point of your show, you can choose a refund of everything except the deposit instead.
Four to eight weeks ahead is comfortable, which for early December means booking in November. Shorter notice often works; send your date and city and we’ll answer the same business day.
A tree lighting in a public park or on a street usually needs a special event permit from the city, often 30 to 90 days ahead. An HOA amenity center or a church lot usually doesn’t. Permit basics for DFW.
A tree lighting with the Main Event screen ($3,750), the live camera feed ($695), and sponsor loop design ($295) comes to $4,740. A Christmas movie night for about 250 people on the Block Party screen ($2,750) with pro sound ($395) and the movie night kit ($195) comes to $3,340, plus the license fee. Add Texas sales tax. Delivery is included within 30 miles of downtown Dallas. Full price list.

Yes. A countdown clock plays from a laptop over HDMI like any slide or video. With the live camera feed added, our technician switches to the camera for the lighting itself.
It depends on the start time. In December a projector can start about 40 minutes after sunset, around 6:00 to 6:15 PM, so the $895 inflatable screen works for a 6:30 movie. Choose LED to start at 5:30, or where string lights, a lit tree, or lot lights can’t be switched off.
