How much does it cost to rent an LED screen in Dallas–Fort Worth?
What an LED screen trailer costs in DFW, with five quotes worked out from posted prices.
Trinity Park, the first park Fort Worth ever bought, has hosted Mayfest since 1973.
LED screen trailers start at $2,750 for four hours of show time, with setup, power, and a technician. Travel to most Fort Worth addresses adds about $3 to $18. See all prices

Panther Island Pavilion brings concerts and Fourth of July crowds to the Trinity riverbank, and downtown’s Sundance Square Plaza hosts New Year’s Eve and holiday events. The Stock Show takes over January and February, and the Stockyards keep the city’s cattle-town history front and center.
Much of the growth is on the edges. Walsh, a master-planned community on the west side, has lifestyle staff who plan parades, pool parties, and resident events. The Alliance area in far north Fort Worth keeps adding neighborhoods and offices. An HOA lawn in Walsh or an office park near Alliance has room for the trailer, for a movie that starts before dark or a TCU watch party.
Central Fort Worth is about 31 miles from downtown Dallas, just past our 30-mile included zone. Travel beyond 30 miles is $3 per mile, so most Fort Worth events add roughly $3 to $18. Your quote shows the exact amount.
Each LED package includes four hours of show time, setup, power, and a technician. Pro sound, a live camera feed, and the other extras are on the price list.
For public events, the usual places are Trinity Park and Panther Island Pavilion along the river, Sundance Square Plaza downtown, and the Stockyards.
A public park or street usually needs a special event permit from the City of Fort Worth, often 30 to 90 days ahead. Private property, such as a church lot or an HOA amenity center, usually doesn’t. More in the permit guide.
All three are written into your rental contract. See all booking terms.
