LED Screen Rentals for Races, Golf Tournaments, and Sports Events

For 5K and half-marathon finish lines, charity golf tournaments, and weekend youth tournaments. The screen carries results, leaderboards, and sponsor slides, and stays readable in midday sun.

The 16′ × 9′ Main Event screen is $3,750 for four hours of show time, delivered, set up, and run by our technician. See all prices

Finish Lines

Runners want to see their time, and families want to see them finish. Put your timing company’s live results on the screen from a laptop, loop the course map and sponsor slides in the start corral, then point the live camera feed ($695) at the finish chute.

Races start early. We arrive about 90 minutes before you want the screen live, or about 2 hours ahead with a camera, and we park before the roads close.

Charity Golf Tournaments

Put the leaderboard on the screen by the clubhouse or the 18th green, rotate hole sponsors through the day, and run the awards and the auction at dinner. If your scoring app has a web leaderboard, it runs full screen from a laptop. Courses keep vehicles off the turf, so we confirm the spot and the route in with the course before you book.

Weekend Tournaments

  • Brackets, schedules, and field assignments between games, so parents aren’t crowding the check-in table.
  • Highlight loops, sponsor slides, and the awards at the end of the day.
  • Gaming tournaments: consoles and PCs connect to the screen over HDMI.

For a two- or three-day tournament, each additional consecutive day is 50% off the package price. Field days and pep rallies are covered under schools and booster clubs.

Permits and Paperwork

A race on public streets needs a special event permit and a traffic plan from the city, often 30 to 90 days ahead. We provide a W-9 and the equipment details a permit application asks for. Permit basics for DFW.

What a Typical 5K Setup Costs

The Main Event screen ($3,750), the live camera feed at the finish ($695), and sponsor loop design ($295) come to $4,740, or $4,266 at the 2027 early-booking rate for dates booked by January 31. Add Texas sales tax. Delivery is included within 30 miles of downtown Dallas.

Posted Pricing

You pay our posted prices, and your written quote lists sales tax and any travel past 30 miles before you book.

Can the screen show live race results?

Yes, if your timing company publishes live results online or provides a results display. We run it full screen from a laptop. Ask your timing company which view reads best on a big screen.

How early can you set up?

We arrive about 90 minutes before you want the screen live, or about 2 hours ahead with a live camera feed. Tell us when the roads close so the trailer is parked first. Any early-arrival crew cost is on your written quote before you book.

Can the trailer go on a golf course?

Usually beside the clubhouse, the practice green, or a cart path, on pavement or firm, dry ground. We confirm the spot and the route in with the course before you book.
