Planning an Outdoor Event in Grapevine

Historic Main Street, the Grapevine Botanical Gardens at Heritage Park, and the parks along Lake Grapevine host the city’s outdoor events. Before you set a lakeside date, check park access; high water has closed some lake parks and boat ramps.

A public park or street usually needs a special event permit from the City of Grapevine, often 30 to 90 days ahead. Private property, such as a church lot or an HOA amenity center, usually doesn’t. More in the permit guide.
