How Booking Works

  1. Request Your Date

Use the booking form or call (214) 239-4458. It takes about two minutes, and sending a request doesn’t commit you to anything.

  2. Confirm the Details

We check availability and call you the same business day. Your written quote holds the date for 7 days, or up to 30 if a board has to vote first.

  3. Reserve Your Date

Sign the agreement and pay a 25% deposit. On event day, the crew delivers the trailer, sets up and runs the screen, and handles teardown.

LED Screens Work in Daylight

A projector needs a dark sky, and in a Dallas July that doesn’t come until 9:17 PM, which is late for families with young kids.

An outdoor LED screen is bright enough for direct sun, so you can start at whatever time suits your crowd. It’s also what makes a noon kickoff or a field day possible on a big screen.

From November through February the sun sets before 6:15 PM, so either screen works for evening events. LED still holds up better under parking lot and stadium lights. Compare LED and projector screens.

Common Questions

More in the full FAQ, or call (214) 239-4458.

How much does it cost to rent an LED screen in Dallas?

LED trailers start at $2,750 for a 12′ × 7′ screen and $3,750 for a 16′ × 9′. Both include four hours of show time, delivery within 30 miles of downtown Dallas, setup, power, and a technician. Larger screens start at $5,250. Across DFW, a single evening with an LED trailer usually costs $2,500 to $6,000; the cost guide breaks that down.

Can people really see the screen in daylight?

Yes. Outdoor LED panels are built to be read in direct sun, the same technology as stadium scoreboards and roadside billboards. Projector screens need a dark sky; LED doesn’t. See LED vs. projector.

Why not just rent a projector?

For an after-dark show, a projector works, and the inflatable Classic Movie Night is $895. An LED screen earns its price when the event starts before dark, runs in daylight, or sits under parking lot or stadium lights, where a projected picture washes out. See LED vs. projector.

Is an LED screen trailer the same as a jumbotron or an LED wall?

Yes. Jumbotron, LED wall, LED video wall, and mobile LED display all describe the same kind of screen: LED panels that stay bright in direct sun. The ones we rent are mounted on trailers with their own generators, so they set up anywhere outdoors in under an hour.

What do we need on site?

A fairly level spot with room for the trailer, a path the truck can tow through, and clear space overhead for the raised screen. After you book, we send a short site checklist; a photo or map pin of the spot is usually enough to confirm it.

Is sound included?

Not with the LED packages. Add pro sound ($395): speakers and a mixer sized for your crowd, with a wireless mic. Or our technician can connect the screen to your own sound system. Classic Movie Night includes sound.

What happens if the weather turns?

The screens are weather-rated, so light rain is fine. In lightning or high wind we lower the screen until it passes. If unsafe weather cancels your event, you can move it free to any open date within 12 months. If your date can’t move, like Easter or a graduation, and the call comes before the halfway point of your show, you can choose a refund of everything except the deposit instead.

Can we show a movie at a public event?

Public screenings, even free ones, need a public performance license held in the event host’s name. It’s usually a few hundred dollars per title. Our movie night kit includes coordinating it; the fee is billed at cost. More in our movie licensing guide.

Do we need a permit?

On private property, such as a backyard, church lot, or HOA amenity center, usually not. Events in public parks or on city streets usually need a special event permit, often 30 to 90 days ahead. See our permit guide.

Can we show live sports?

For private parties, generally yes. If your event is public, charges admission, or is run by a business, some leagues and broadcasters restrict showing games on large screens. Tell us what you plan to show and we’ll flag what to check before you promote it.

How far ahead should we book?

Four to eight weeks is comfortable, and earlier for spring and fall Saturdays. Shorter notice often works; ask and we’ll answer the same day.

Check Availability

Send your event date and city; it takes about 30 seconds.

  • If lightning or high wind cancels your event, move it free to any open date within 12 months.
  • Private property usually needs no permit. A public park or street usually does, often 30 to 90 days ahead; see the permit guide.
